Hi Malc, Just thought I would drop you a note regarding the speech, it brought the house down. The two managers who run the venue said they must have listened to over 1000 wedding speeches and my one was the funniest they have ever had. I think I'll take that. Once again thank you very much.

Just wanted to tell you that the speech went down amazingly well! I was pretty nervous leading up to it but I did the preparation, learnt it pretty well, had it well laid out on cards and couldn't have asked for it to go smoother! I was congratulated by many people after it all night and even the next day, it made me feel great about myself, got a wee sense of achievement from doing it and doing it well. What can I say apart from the speech was a unbelievable success! Thanks to a minor hitch the speeches were moved to after the meal! I received a standing ovation from over 120 guests. So many commented afterwards that it was the funniest best man speech they had ever heard. I must have been stopped by nearly every guest & congratulated. Yes I was terrified at first but once the first laugh came I was flying!

Malcolm my Bestman speech went down a treat thank you very much just as you said it would. I was a little nervous at first but soon settled down. One of the guests said I should take up after dinner speeches.

Great news - my brothers wedding could not have gone any better, it was an excellent weekend. The best man speech went down a storm. I got many many compliments and many people commented that they were disappointed when it finished.

It was, as I believed it would be as soon as I saw it, a great success. Great laughter at the right points, and a few damp eyes at the more serious bits. Several people came up to me later and congratulated me on it.

What can I say the wedding was out of world including your speech. What a cracker thank you everyone said how well it went and that it was the funniest speech that many people had heard. The speech was just great. Got all the laughs in the spots I was expecting and more in places I wasn't expecting. Wish I'd gone for the 15 minute speech !! The atmosphere was great and everyone enjoyed it, old, young and the in betweens. It must be nice doing stuff like that for a job knowing that you're making people laugh.

I would just like to say thanks for you help with the speech. It turned out excellently, everybody laughed in all the right places, I even got a well done from the groom, however, that could have been relief that I didn't embarrass him to much.
